1. E-Banking Services Activation
• via Online Banking
a) Select Activate Now as you enter the corporate website.
b) Enter your Identity Verification Information. Then, read and agree the Terms and Conditions Governing e-Banking Services.
c) One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number that has been registered with bank.
d) Create your username, select your security picture and create password to set up your e-Banking Services.
e) Your e-Banking Services set-up is done and you can proceed to log in to your Online Banking and Mobile Banking now.
• Via Mobile Banking
a) Select Log On upon entering our Mobile Banking applications.
b) Click Activation.
c) Enter your personal details as requested. Then, read and agree the Terms and Conditions Governing e-Banking Services.
d) One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number that has been registered with bank.
e) Create your username, select security picture and create password to set up your e-Banking Services.
f) Your e-Banking Services set-up is done and you can proceed to log in to your Online Banking and Mobile Banking now.
2. What are the types of accounts that I can get from China Construction Bank Corporation Labuan Branch (CCBL)?
We offer Multi-Currency Savings Account (MCSA) and Multi-Currency Time Deposit Account (MCTD).
3. What are the requirements for the opening of a Joint Account?
Joint Account is only allowed for an individual jointly with another individual who is his/her immediate family member including his/her spouse, parents, children or siblings.
4. What are the services available for e-Banking of CCBL?
The services provided by CCBL are as below:

Time Deposit Withdrawal

• e-Statement
5. Can I have more than one devices logged in the e-Banking Services at once?
You are not allowed to have more than one devices logged in at once, including both Online Banking and Mobile Banking. For example, if you are using devices A and B, if device B logs in later, your session in device A will be ended.
6. What happen if I did not log out from my Online Banking or Mobile Banking?
Your session will be ended if you leave them unattended for 5 minutes.
7. How can I change my password?
For Online Banking, you can go to My Settings and select Update Password.
As for Mobile Banking, you can go to Security Center and select Update Password.
8. What should I do if I forgot my password?
You can select the Forgot Password button at the log on page and enter your personal details according to the instructions given in order to reset your password.
9. What is OTP? What is the use of OTP?
OTP stands for One-Time Password. It is time-bound and will be sent to the customer’s mobile number that has been registered with bank. It acts as an authentication code for customer to perform certain transaction activities.
10. How to change OTP mobile numbers or other contact details such as email address?
Kindly fill in the Service Request Form and submit it to OP@my.ccb.com to perform changes on these details.
11. Can I view my account(s) statement via e-Banking Services?
Yes. Your e-Statement can be found through My Accounts > e-Statement. You could select the date of statement generated.
12. Am I able to request for hardcopy bank statement? Will I be charged?
Yes. You may request hardcopy bank statement for transactions within SEVEN (7) years and a service charge of USD5 (or its equivalent to the account’s currency) per request will be imposed.
13. Can joint accounts perform transactions via e-Banking Services?
No. Joint accounts are not allowed to perform any transactions via e-Banking Services.
14. Can I perform fund transfer to other banks’ account?
Yes, you may perform fund transfer to other banks’ account through International Fund Transfer.
15. Can I perform fund transfer between different currencies in CCBL?
CCBL only support fund transfer between same currencies for all own account transfer, other CCBL account transfer and international fund transfer.
16. Can I perform Time Deposit placement via e-Banking Services?
Yes. For Online Banking, you can go to Investment > Time Deposit Placement for the placement. As for Mobile Banking, you can perform your Time Deposit placement at Time Deposit > Time Deposit Placement.
17. Will Time Deposit interest still be paid on premature Time Deposit withdrawal?
Interest shall not be paid on the premature Time Deposit withdrawal regardless of tenure. Any interest paid upfront (if applicable) shall be deducted from the principal amount upon withdrawal.
18. Can I withdraw my Time Deposit on the same day of placement?
Withdrawals are only allowed one day after the placement date.
19. Can I perform withdrawals for Joint Account Time Deposit via e-Banking Services?
No, you need to email the Time Deposit Withdrawal / Premature Upliftment Form to OP@my.ccb.com.
20. Is there any maximum limit to my total transferable amount per day?
Yes. The maximum transferable amount is set at USD25,000 per day while the maximum transferable amount per transaction is set at USD2,500. For online banking site, it could be changed at My Settings > Transaction Limit Settings according to your preference. As for mobile banking site, you can change it at Setting and Query > Transaction Limit Setting.
21. What should I do if I suspect illegal or fraudulent transactions from my account?
You can contact our customer service at ccbl.cs@my.ccb.com to suspend your account and make a police report regarding this.
